The BMW Car showroom was undertaken under a GMP contract for The Kloster Group of Newcastle. The building consisted of portal frame structure, precast panels. The architectural features are highlighted by the glass shop front, allucobond cladding to the street scape with a high level of internal fitout.
Environmental & Sustainability initiatives included onsite treatment and re-use of contaminated demolition material, 3000 litre reuse filtration system solar hot water, natural ventilation and energy efficient glazing, cladding & lighting.
